An extremely important aspect is the direct management of claims through the Group company called Adjusting & Claims Service. Through this branch of the AEC Group, it is able to manage the claim and pay it through the funds that the Insurers make available, significantly increasing the effectiveness of the service offered to the Network.
The products are distributed and managed through a highly advanced IT platform that allows the Network to quote and issue policies in total autonomy and carry out all other related procedures such as claims management or accounting management.
